  WORST COMPANY in the opinion of someone who has moved both countries and states numerous times!!!!
  I had expensive glass furniture which was smashed to pieces in the move, my brand new mattress ended up with disgusting MOULD and something spilt on it!!!!
  Items that I had vigourously wrapped, then packed into thick boxes were also some how BROKEN when Unpacked!!!
  This company did not take care of my belongings at all, they destroyed them, moving is a stressful enough process and I would not want anyone to go through what I am now trying to sort all of this.
  I also was recovering from major surgery which they were aware of and still provided such HORRENDOUS service.
  I never write bad reviews and usually just bite the bullet if anything happens but this was a nightmare.
  I would NEVER use them again or recommend them!!!!! I chose KENT for all of my other moves within Australia, a bit more expensive but worth the peace of mind! The SAME furniture was moved with them and NO DAMAGE, NO STRESS with GREAT customer service.
  
  I can see someone had a similar experience to myself a few years ago too! This my experience from this year and the last time I will be dealing with them, as far as I am concerned they don't deserve the ONE STAR.
