  Worst customer service ever and if I could give no stars, I would
  An outfit on the front window mannequin got me into the store to spend money. There was no staff visible on entering the store and after a short while, a sales assistant appeared from the back change rooms followed by a customer so yes she was serving someone but there was no greeting when she saw me (basically looked straight through me) or any offer of "can I help you or are you happy to browse"? On this customer leaving the store, I still wasn't spoken to or approached. I would have been in the store looking at clothing for a good 5 mins or more and when I left the store with my money still in my wallet, the sales assistant was busy playing on her mobile phone. Mind you, this is not a young person I am talking about, it was an older more mature person and is definitely not what I would have expected from someone her age.

  Excellent customer service! Saleswoman brought lots of different styles to try & was honest regarding styles etc. Bought a lovely outfit. Lovely saleswoman.

  Visiting from Sydney and thought I'd look up this store - I've only ever seen it online. Fantastic service - lots of choice and great outfit options. I love the Bamboo styles. Highly Recommended - worth a visit.

  I order online and couldn’t wait for my item to be delivered……I’m still waiting and it’s been over a month. I was going to purchase other items but would probably have to wait a year for delivery. This has been the worst purchase I’ve ever made online. $80.00 is a lot of money that I was willing to spend, haven’t even been offered a refund.

  Monique is just fabulous, she was able to give me so much assistance that I now have a permanet hole in my credit card...could not recommend a nicer experience..will definitely be back
